Calico Zac is a Northern California multi-medium artist exploring pain and discomfort through tattoo, ceramic sculpture, and street-style acrylic paintings—made for introspective audiences.

Each piece carries the same conversation across mediums: survival, friction, and the quiet power of the shared pain of existence. Zac brings that intensity directly into ceramics and acrylic expand the themes into tactile worlds—imperfect, physical, and emotionally charged.

Shown in multiple galleries, including Plumas Arts and The Revolution Art Collective, Zac continues to translate personal discomfort into street-style energy with gallery-level presence.

I book out tattoos in blocks of several months at a time with breaks for other creative projects as they find me. If you are interested in booking with me I’d love to hear from you. A little bit of information about what you are looking to get done and where you want it helps. Be warned my waitlist is anywhere from two weeks to eight months depending on my workload. I’ll try to get back to you ASAP on whether or not I think i’m the right artist for your piece or not.

Upcoming shows

Im in the process of making a ceramic/electronic sculpture series and shopping for the right venue. Preferably west coast USA in late 2027 or early 2028. If you have a gallery you are looking to fill drop me a line.

I’m always open to collaboration on new projects!
